Refund Policy

This policy explains how Nexora Records handles EastLink Premium trials, cancellations, refunds, and withdrawal requests.

Free trial

EastLink Premium may include a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you should not be charged for the first monthly period.

Cancellation

  • You can cancel Premium from the Stripe billing portal in your dashboard.
  • Cancellation prevents future renewal charges according to the subscription settings shown in Stripe.
  • After cancellation, Premium access may remain available until the end of the already paid period unless Stripe shows otherwise.

Refund requests

If you believe a charge was made by mistake, contact us at idris@nexorarecords.fr with the email used for your EastLink account and the charge date.

  • Duplicate charges, technical billing errors, and accidental renewals reported quickly are reviewed case by case.
  • Refunds are sent back to the original payment method through Stripe when approved.
  • Refunds can take several business days to appear, depending on the bank or card provider.

Consumer withdrawal rights

If mandatory consumer law gives you a withdrawal or refund right, EastLink will honor it. For EU consumers, online services generally include a 14-day withdrawal period unless an exception applies. Contact us if you want to exercise this right.

Promotions and free coupons

If your subscription is fully discounted by a coupon and no payment was collected, there is no paid amount to refund. You can still cancel future renewals from the billing portal.
