Connect the pieces without losing the flow.

Short guides for the setup steps that usually need a little context: Spotify, YouTube, SoundCloud, and artist-owned domains.

Music connections

Paste normal music links. EastLink extracts the IDs.

The dashboard accepts the artist links fans already recognize. You do not need to manually cut IDs out of long URLs.

Spotify artist

  1. Open the artist profile in Spotify.
  2. Use Share, then copy the artist link.
  3. Paste the full link in Music connections.

open.spotify.com/artist/...

YouTube channel

  1. Open the artist channel on YouTube.
  2. Copy the channel URL or the @handle URL.
  3. Paste it in Music connections and save.

youtube.com/@artist or youtube.com/channel/UC...

SoundCloud profile

  1. Open the SoundCloud artist profile.
  2. Copy the profile URL, not a specific track URL.
  3. Paste it in Music connections and save.

soundcloud.com/artist

Spotify also provides the artist avatar after save. Premium pages can then refresh popular tracks, the latest release, the latest YouTube video, and the latest SoundCloud track link from cache.

Custom domain

Save the domain first, then copy the DNS records shown in EastLink.

EastLink creates the domain connection and shows the records needed by the domain provider. The values shown in the dashboard always win.

Setup flow

  1. Open Dashboard, then Domain.
  2. Enter the artist domain, for example artist.com or link.artist.com.
  3. Save the step so EastLink can create the domain connection.
  4. Copy the DNS records shown in the domain panel.
  5. Add them at the domain provider, wait a few minutes, then click Verify domain.

Common DNS patterns

These examples explain what the records mean. Use the exact Type, Name, and Value displayed in EastLink when the domain panel gives you records.

Root domain

TypeAName@Value76.76.21.21

Subdomain

TypeCNAMENamewww or linkValuecname.vercel-dns.com
